Safety
You know more about your dog-sitter than about the family hosting your child.
Finding a family abroad is easy. Knowing who you are entrusting your child to is much harder, and that is what your membership pays for:
- Safety Identity, home, criminal record, social media and a video interview: we check every family, and both families talk on video before departure.
- Insurance Our partner insures both the families who host and the members who travel. You take it out when you book your stay.
- Assistance Assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from departure to return.
- On-call team A 24-hour on-call team and an MFA contact dedicated to your stay.
