The Season Pass
Without the pass: a €50 connection fee per night. With the pass: €0, on every stay. The pass pays for itself on your very first trip.
The first 100 families also receive unlimited credits. Beyond that, the pass still removes every connection fee, and credits keep being earned by hosting.
500 € paid once
Everything is covered through to 31 December 2027. After that it renews yearly at the same price, and you can cancel any time.
What is not included
- Insurance and identity verification are charged at the time of the stay, with or without the Season Pass.
- Travel to and from the stay is paid by the visiting family.
- Everyday living costs, meals included, are covered by the host family.

How do credits work?
Hosting earns credits, travelling spends them. 1 night hosted = 1 credit. 1 credit = 1 night of stay.
When is the connection fee paid?
When the stay is confirmed, never before. Signing up and contacting families is free.
How does the Season Pass work?
One €500 payment covers your whole household: zero connection fees on every stay through to 31 December 2027. After that the pass renews yearly at the same price and can be cancelled any time. The first 100 families also receive unlimited credits.
What happens if a stay is cancelled?
The terms for changing or refunding a stay are given to you before any confirmation.
